To bikini or not to bikini?

Written by The Editor on . Posted in Features, Special Interest

Here we go. When I heard that London was first getting the Olympics I instantly thought of how they were going to health and safety it to death. Pool only allowed to be 1.3m deep, clay pigeon shooting to be renamed for animal rights issues and no guys in the women’s weight lifting. None of those have happened yet, but it has now be revealed that participants in the women’s volleyball will be allowed to cover up in accordance with their cultural and religious beliefs. So, does this mean that previously the girls were forced to wear bikinis?

Beach volleyball attire - touchy subject.
